Returns and refunds

Since each piece is an original, one-of-one artwork, all sales are generally final. However, if you are genuinely dissatisfied with your purchase, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Refunds will not be issued for pieces that arrive back damaged, altered, or improperly packaged.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include photos of the artwork and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the artwork arrives damaged due to carrier handling, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a carrier claim or replacement resolution.
