Teri’s four paintings exhibiting at Forms of Attachment move from anxious to avoidant to disorganized to secure, tracing the emotional architecture of attachment. The inner two works pull from films Sunrise: A Song of Two Humans and Gilda, their figures turned toward one another across the divide, suspended in tension and restraint. On the outer edges, repetition becomes language: bows and arrows signal pursuit and hypervigilance, while a collage of cinematic kisses across decades anchors the series in steadiness.
